I am insured, have trained in all aspects of design and construction – including law, health and safety, energy efficiency, and will continue to study in architecture until retirement.

I undertake a wide range of work from new build houses, modern extensions, and alterations, to sympathetic extensions and renovations of historic and period properties in the North Yorkshire area.
The principal architect is registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and has close to 20 years’ experience in practice working with interior designers, planning consultants and corporate clients, on projects nationwide and overseas.
I undertake Feasibility Studies - Planning Applications drawings - Building Regulations Submissions - Construction Drawings/ Working drawings packs - Tender process with detailed drawings - Full architectural service including site supervision - Contract administration and completion service.
